James Barnes is a born and raised Wilmington, NC native and a UNC Charlotte alumni. Shortly after graduation, he worked with the United States Secret Service and he later went off to work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After earning his real estate license in August 2024, James decided to leave Washington D.C. and move back to his hometown. He feels that it is a privilege to enhance people’s lives through real estate that feels tailored to their lifestyles. It’s his hope that with his assistance, people will find a sense of home and have the opportunity to create treasured memories and experiences for years to come.
