I could not recommend her more highly! BTW, the new roof, new floors, new stained siding, all new interior paint, and all lot clean up will be DONE just 3 weeks after closing!

We weren't interested in that house in particular, but in our brief convo - I could tell she knew LOTS about the area of Wilmington we were looking at.
