We met Tory by chance. She was hosting an open house for one of her listings. We weren't interested in that house in particular, but in our brief convo - I could tell she knew LOTS about the area of Wilmington we were looking at. In addition, she had the tenacity, hustle, and confident energy we wanted in a realtor. Tory helped us navigate a non-standard purchase of a bank-owned home, remote closing, and moving from afar. She was wonderful throughout the process, and I'd recommend her to all my friends and family!
Tory was very responsive and communicated well. She is the first agent (and there have been many) who was uncategorically on my side (buyer). She negotiated well and obtained for me an excellent purchase price as well as credits at the time of closing for items that needed repair. My only regret is that she was not the selling agent for my home in Atlanta.
Knew the neighborhood well. Truly represented my interests in negotiations with the seller. Answered all my questions as my purchase was from out of state. Would not necessarily recommend the loan company or law firm we used but Tory was great and I would refer others to her.
Tory is wonderful to work with. She is extremely professional. She gave great suggestions on what was needed before we showed the property. She is always prompt and does exactly what she says she will. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
