Sacramento native Libby Neil brings more than 20 years of experience as a seasoned real estate broker in California and North Carolina to the Tory Kuehner Group. Libby graduated from the University of Southern California, where she played as a Division I scholar-athlete on the USC golf team. Upon graduation, Libby began her career in real estate in Sacramento, where she was a consistent top producer with her firm.

 

Libby was conferred Life Member status with the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Master’s Club, exclusive membership for the area’s top-performing real estate professionals. In 2014, the Neil family made the move to Wilmington and have never looked back.

 

In her free time, Libby actively competes in the Carolina Golf Association’s competitive tournaments and the Ladies Golf Association of Cape Fear Country Club, where she is the two-time club champion and current runner-up, as well as the LGA President-Elect.

 

Libby enjoys her relationship with her clients, as well as meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate and investment goals. Libby specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the luxury waterfront communities in Wrightsville Beach, Figure Eight, and Landfall.
